At B'Luxe Cakes, we believe dessert should be more than just served, it should be an experience.
Our Mobile Cake Bar brings freshly baked mini cakes directly to your event, where each guest creates their own custom dessert using a selection of delicious frostings, decadent drizzles, and premium toppings. From setup to cleanup, our team remains on-site to provide a seamless, interactive experience that guests of all ages will remember.
Whether you're celebrating a birthday, wedding, baby shower, graduation, corporate event, or private gathering, the B'Luxe Cakes Mobile Cake Bar adds a fun and memorable touch that's as enjoyable to create as it is to eat.
How It Works:
- Submit an Inquiry: This allows our team to confirm event details and tailor the experience to your needs. All Cake Bar rentals require a minimum 2 week notice.
- Service Timing: Each booking includes at least 2 hours of service, providing ample time for guests to enjoy the dessert experience.
- Additional service time depending on the package selection, additional service time can be added to accommodate longer events.
- Staffing: Your rental includes onsite staff for the duration of your event to manage setup, service, and guest interaction.

Travel Fee: Travel fee's will be applied to all events outside of a 20 mile radius
- Customization Options: Choose from a variety of our signature cake flavors. We work with you to select flavors and presentation styles that complement your event’s theme and aesthetic.
- Setup & Presentation: Our team handles the delivery, setup, and breakdown of the Cake Cart, allowing you to focus on enjoying your celebration.
How to Book:
To begin the booking process, please submit an inquiry with your event details, including:
- Event date and location
- Estimated guest count
- Desired service time
- Type of celebration
Once we receive your inquiry, our team will confirm availability and provide a customized quote tailored to your event.
