COVID-19

We understand that with COVID-19, things can change unexpectedly and may cause last minute event cancellations and reschedules. However, all retainers remain non-refundable. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel / reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate the change. 

Can we visit your location for tastings, to make payments, or discuss our cake?

No. We operate in a private kitchen.

​Do you offer vegan, gluten-free or other diet restriction options?

Not at this time. We have however, considered these options for the future.

Can you make my cake exactly like the picture?

No. As a cake designer, I do not replicate designs of another artist. You can provide pictures for inspiration, but the design will not be copied. I will create an original design with the best end result. Please review my social media pages to get an idea of my quality of work, and style. 

How do I pay?

All custom orders must be paid via invoice. Once your quote is accepted, you will receive an invoice via square. All other items can be paid for directly on the website using a credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.

Cashapp & Venmo are not accepted
